Balanced, stone fruit. Quite concentrated and will benefit from aging:

Dang that’s good. Complex and funky, fruity, not very tart

Incredible depth. Lemon and oak up front followed by the typical Cantillon funk

What a spectacular expression of the style. Bright lemon, mild funk, and tart finish. So fun to be able to try this!

Special day to be trying to Cantillon at the Monks Cafe in Philly! Delightful, exclusive bottle. So delicate, very clean

Lovely. A little mineral character and a decent bit of citrus but it’s just a soft, delicious bottle that I really want to revisit in a couple years.

Anniversary beer. Carlie spoiling me with Jim's and Monk's today.

Surprisingly light for how much flavor it has. Tart and spelt, pretty much a perfect beer

Tastes exclusive, and amazing. Much less acidic and carbonated than I expected going in. The flavors definitely come out more when it warms up.

Tasty gueze with a great backstory; this guy will develop enormously with a bit of age. Thank you Tom!

Nice funk, lemon, oak, grapefruit, grapes, apple skins. Not too acidic. Solid.

A celebration of Belgian brewing passion that spans generations and continents. Created to celebrate Monk’s 25th Anniversary in 2022. Special Gueuze brewed by 5 generations of the Van Roy & Peters families, a blend of 4/3/2 year lambics. Fabulous, natch!

Two Steve’s? First ever from Cantillon. For this style I get the hype! Pretty tart but super super tasty. If you’re standing in the bathroom line here you’re an idiot

Aroma of tart apple, complexity and taste of tartness, big acidity.
