Draft has more funk. The bottle was young and crisp.

Very fresh. So fresh it slapped My momma . This beer needs years before it shows any complexity. Right now it needs to watch its smart mouth.

Such a great bday bottle, thanks to the folks from monks and Cantillon who made this great bottle.

Little different out of the bottle compared to draft. Dry, oak, citrusy but not as citrusy as the draft last week

Light tart Cantillon funk, lemons, citrus rind, soft diesel, wheat, grass, straw, soft nutty finish. Splendid.

Tasty gueze with a great backstory; this guy will develop enormously with a bit of age. Thank you Tom!

A break from Dry January for a special beer Wow, V Generations from Cantillion, a celebration of 25 years of Monk’s Cafe. A beautiful gueuze, plenty funky but perfectly balanced. Cheers to my favorite beer bar west of Croatia 🍻!

Nice funk, lemon, oak, grapefruit, grapes, apple skins. Not too acidic. Solid.

2nd time trying this 🐳 , we all thought this needs a lot of time. Really bright citrus, and a little acidic at times. Should be great in 7-10 years
