Hanasta. Terassikalja. Aavistuksen rypäleinen tuoksu. Kuiva hillityn hapokas maku. Jälkimaussa kellaria ja hevostallia. Hieno viinimäinen lambic.

Obwohl ich kein Sauerbierfan bin ist das hier völlig in Ordnung. Mit verbundenen Augen hätte ich vermutlich gesagt, es handle sich um einen Sekt. Fruchtig, leicht sauer. Etwas besonderes, das ich wieder bestellen würde. Jahrgang 2023.

Quite mild, mellow in flavor. Still good but expected a bit more complex flavor. Aging will be positive for flavor development I guess.

Sehr liecht, gueti wiinote, biz wie en suure most. Darf sicher no chli älter werde. Fiini cholesüüri vorhande und mit em funk fasch kein unterschied

I feel bad that I'm rating these so low... but they're just not quite ticking the box or me like they used to. Is it draught vs bottle? Have a couple of the latter to test at some point.

Trocken ohne Ende. Sehr interessant. Schöner Taproom an der Originallocation.
