Hmmm!!! Trauben auf Lambic finde ich nochmal besser als Kirsch, Himbeer, etc. Was ein Erlebnis!

Something like happiness. Beautifully complex, long drawn out brett character. Gentle acidity. Still a nice malt character to this. Effervescent across the tongue. Smooth, elegant finish.

Muy redonda. Vinosa, frutal, manzana y uva, aun sin ser dulce con lo justo para dar armonía a la acidez. Buenas notas acéticas.
