Puckeringly tart at first with more complex flavors coming after each sip. Tart and salty lime, some (sweeter) ripe fruitiness and a hint of spruce. I have no idea what Konatsu means and I don’t care. 41/50

Konatsu is that oregano?!? Oregano and lemon is a very nice pairing

Syrlig arom av citrus och lime. Syrlig och läskande smak av citrus och lite äpplen. En ganska lätt kropp men grymt bra syrlighet överlag.

Beau rendu citronné. Hyper agréable. Bien acide mais comme on aime. Délice.

Interesting-sort of pickled lemon, woody, lemon rind and grapefruit juice. Slight bitterness but also lip lickingly sour and dry. Citrussy but not quite! I like.
