Acai, une découverte totale de ce fruit d'Amazonie. Très intéressant ! Belle amertume ennfin de bouche, assez vineuse. Les peaux doivent donner pas mal de tanins. Bien fait.

Dry & acidic like most Spontan but this has a nice berry tartness to it also.
