Smells like wine, tastes like sweet cherry. Sweet, but soured. Really great. I woulda had more but felt it a better fit as a ‘dessert’ or after dinner drink.

Back on form! Big deep proper real cherry taste first sip is crazy sour then mellows out and taste like a fine wine Buckfast and Calpol all in one delicious mouthful. Yes please Matilda.

Sour. Sour cherries. No really sweetness. Half vinous. Tart. Kinda unbalanced to me.

Deep red cherry sour ale. Tart cherry nose. Dry tart cherry take. Light body with a woody influence. Acidic sour cherry node. Deep berry node, with hints of sweetness well masked behind a sour tart flavour. Medium dry finish

Somehow the SpontanCherry always nails the tail note of sweetness while keeping the funk going.

Same look as 2019, thicker head. Nose is more herbal, grassy, hinting at less ripe fruits. Taste is also a bit more green and astringent. Marked notes of cinnamon. Sweat. Less of a liquid dessert. Dry and drying. Still great.

Lots of cherry by in this one more than the 2019, So Nice tart and refreshing works well with the charcuterie plate

Vesi herahtaa kielelle! Mukava happamuus, ei kuitenkaan hammaskiillettä tuhoavassa mittakaavassa. Kirsikkaa runsaasti. Mukavaa pientä kuplaa. Joulukalenterin jäämistöä.
