Damn, this is sour, though still have a complex depth beneath the dominant lacto sourness and profound plum taste.

Hazy orange with small white head. Funky, fruity, plums, medium sourness, bitterish finish.

This would knock the spikes off a hedgehog 🦔 very sour and tart with a slap 👋🏻 of plum. Lovely ☺️

S: sharp acid, bit like "Federweißer" from plums, no gose/Berliner Weiße though. Bit vinegary. T: like a sparkling juice with fruity vinegar, but a very full fruit

Sweet and sour dark fruit aroma. Tart throughout with a underlying plum like sweetness. Nice fruited sour!
