Refreshing as aperitif. More tart than sour. Fine funk in the fragrance field, I could actually have a large pint of this if sitting outdoors in the sunshine! 🌞🍻

Citrusy and really sour, in a wild yeast way, maybe brett? Yeasty overall in a good way. Really decent.

Yellow slight hazy colored with white foam that shrinks fast. Apple sour fresh nose and also tasting with some saltyness to it.
