Incredible, savory and sweet with an edge hinting at how long it’d been bottle conditioning. Fantastic balance with a raisin start and a finish likening to almost-ripe apricot

Quite fine when getting some air in the glass. Earthy, fine sourness, abricotty flavours, passionfruits fragrances, fine balance, a little vinegar. I think this is vintage 2016.

Murky orange colour. White foam disappears quickly. Nose of brett, wood, funk, vegetables oxidation. Not very nice, unbalanced and oxidized.
