Oak taste fairly prominent. Tangy earthy lime sour flavor. Carrot if I use my imagination or if my eyesight gets better.

Swirled in the glass like it had a shimmer to it. Tart, earthy, and sweet all in one. Couldn’t drink a lot of it but it was a pleasure for something different.
