375ml BC. Brewed at de Proefbrouwerij. Excellent oak aged earthy wild ale with great sweetish carrot flavours balancing the decent funk and lingering acidity. One of my five a day! OST - ‘Step On’ by Happy Mondays.

Quite fine when getting some air in the glass. Earthy, fine sourness, abricotty flavours, passionfruits fragrances, fine balance, a little vinegar. I think this is vintage 2016.

Sour carrot aged in an oak barrel caught my eye for being weird. Oak taste is prominent and that is good because I wasn't looking forward to a 🥕 tasting beer.

• 2nd run • BB: 23/06/26 • carrot juice opening • more one legged this time (2022) and limited in flavor • definitely less complexity although having a carrot fruity flavor, but also a more deeper and silent fruit lambic • same rating • thanks NiCOlai

Grym färg! Lite söt syrlig doft och smak, känner inte morot som i oktober längre dock. Rätt trevlig endå.
