Very strong tartness! More sour than Cantillon Gueuze (just my impression). Tartness with cassis, earth, wood, spice, etc… Mild sweetness, no bitterness, very mild astringency. Medium carbonation, medium body. Distinctive, yummy!

Smell is super fresh, and very tart, of blackcurrants. Taste is pretty much the same; a big, fresh and very sour explosion of blackcurrants. A cool take on the Cassis; a syrupy liqueur made on blackcurrants in a small town near Marseilles - named Cassis.
