Mocno derkowe, intnesywnie kwaśne, aż gęste od owoców. Wszystko super, ale tak mocna kwaśność ciut wykręca mordkę.

Œil : violet, col fin. Nez : grosse puissance du cassis, notes de levures et d’acidité. Bouche : gros fruité, cassis puissant, grosse grosse acidité, douceur, sèche sur la fin. Longueur acidité avec une astringence et une puissance du cassis.

Very strong tartness! More sour than Cantillon Gueuze (just my impression). Tartness with cassis, earth, wood, spice, etc… Mild sweetness, no bitterness, very mild astringency. Medium carbonation, medium body. Distinctive, yummy!
