It’s a really nice lambic - tart and a bit funky. But I honestly do not get a lot of yuzu flavor.

LCI, 2016 bottle courtesy of Charlie. Some yuzu left on the nose but tastes more like hoisin sauce.

This has calmed down quite a bit, didn't pick up the yuzu, perhaps due to age (2016)
