Les notes sont hyper basses. J'ai pourtant trouvé ça pas mal du tout ! Tite sortie champagne en bouche. Acidité des levures, du passage en barrique sans être trop exagéré du tout. Agréable. On sent le passage en fût.

What a beauty! Very well balanced Brut IPA with a nicely integrated mix of the typical wine-like Nelson Sauvin hop, Chardonnay barrel and champagne yeast. Oak on the aroma. Dry finish.

Elegant combination of flavors between a champagne and beer. Full champagne and oak/barrel on the nose, deep caramel colour and taste combined with a sweet malty flavor. Little hop. Almost a dry beer, pleasant in its bitterness. So yes elegant :)

Dry, crispy and very bubbely and sparkly (champagne-like). However, i’m not the biggest fan of brut champagne - too citrusy for my taste.

Brut lambic-like. Smooth and drinkable. Wine tannins. Not bad

Aged hops, vineous, cedary, tannins. Oddly satisfying.

Waaay to alcoholic, bitter and sour. If it had one of those qualities it would be a pretty nice beer, but in combination it’s simply too much.
