Sharp, cutting aromatic botanicals with an almost Kirsch like kick. Stone fruit smash, marmaladey, spicey sourness. Minerally old leather tannins. More stone fruit sweetness. Acidic citrus flashes. Cutting and cleansing. Strips the palate right back.

Medium tartness, fruity but not any specific fruit that I can identify. Quite an interesting flavor

Trying to expand my tastes. Again this warned on me as it went. The smell was super strong, but the flavour was far more subtle

Really enjoying this - very tart but also enough saltiness I stand up to it. Great body.

Vinous, lactic, almost balsamic, cut cactus & fresly chopped herbs on the nose; golly that’s sour, lactic, citric & some ascorbic acidity, bitter herbs & mouth-drying cactus sap; lambic-like astringency, herbal bitterness & lactic acidity to finish.

Концентрированная кислота с кислотой. Облепишку не почувствовал особо. Может быть стоило пить до того, как почищу зубы.

Tasting 4/4. Huh mitkä hapot! Rajun hapan ja kitkerä. 10 cl on hyvä annos tätä, muuten ikenet vetäytyisi. Kaipa se on se tyrni.

Rendu ultime et forcément assez unique des Hippophae(s) complètement anachronique (même si avec les températures actuelles centrales Europe et Asie 😳🤔) !!! Moisi, tart, un peu abricot, berry forcément. Spontanée indéniablement !
