Potent. Glad att jag bara tog en sampler av den - en full öl hade definitivt blivit för mycket.

Barn and sour raspberries on the nose. Moderate raspberries and some sour unripe strawberries follows in the taste which might just be a result of a concentrate or yeast. Interesting enough for its abv (a plus) but overall a bit boring and slightly harsh

The acidity of lactic acid is mild, with the fragrant aroma of malt and the fruity acidity derived from raspberries. The mouthfeel is clear and the raspberry acidity spreads gorgeously.

Fresh and tart with some big raspberries going on and a trace of salt. Nice crisp, light wheat base.
