Quite dry, sour (bordering acidic), slight coconut, sour cherries (albeit mostly the skin), tart, astringent and almost a peppery note.

Intense sour cherries with lots of tartness, a bit of bitterness and notes of marcipan and coconut.

Interessant. Har duften henad en klassisk kriek med krudt og mandler. Men mundfylden er lidt grumset og ditto er smagen. Den er egentlig ok i syrebalance, men til den bløde side.

Tart, with a really deep cherry flavor, hints of marzipan & black berrries. Sweetness is subdued behind the sour kick, yet body is quite full. Medium to high carbonation. Very nice.
