Very dry, very acidic, high tannic value & vinegary edge (little too much for me in this case) dark Cherry skins. Quite viscous too.

A bit too tart. This would be a model of the style - but for the airiness / lightness to it. The mouthfeel seems wrong.

Ein súr øl og ein góður endi upp á okkara túr í Keypmannahavn. Hóast illveður og avlýsingar heima í Føroyum, so liva vit enn í vónini, um at vit koma heim einaferð í kvøld. Ein frálík øl, sum fær ein at gleða seg enn meira til jóla.
