Really nice cherry, subtle spices, very deep flavors. No funk, wish for more carbonation, but might not be fair given its age

bottled at 12/21/2020 感谢欢师nrhuan 尖锐但不锋利 桶味突出的同时丹宁感很足 瑟瑟 回温后酒精感突出 但是酒体已经偏向于浆体了 樱桃核的味道 后段偏苦 喜欢 4.1
