Got handed a glass of this without any idea what it was other than a beer. Came off really strong at first, sweet syrupy aroma, which made the tart dry taste a bit of a surprise. Grew on me, tart fruity, wild, fresh and strong. It’s good.

Aroma of apricot, funk, hay, and oak. Taste follows aroma with acidity, funkiness, and light vinegar leading the way. Hints of tropical fruit. 2013. Late checkin.

Man lærer mye her inne! Dette var Raymond Ø. sin sureste øl noen sinne, og Einar . drakk den sammen med han på den store ølsmakingen. Den smaker skikkelig av tindved og har deilig funky estere. Jeg likte den jeg og! Ha det!

Familiar Mikkeller spontan base aroma. Some funk, tartness, acidic with a hint of berry. Taste is tart and funky. Sharp acidic sea buckthorn is present, but not overwhelming. Dry finish. A solid member of the Spontan family.

Gone bad. But what do you expect from ‘Bargain Bin’ beers. Never know how old or how they were stored. You win some, you lose some. Lost on this guy. Good thing it was only like $1.50.

Coming back to this one. Big apricot jam thing, fresh leaves, quite herbal, acidic, Sauvignon Blanc, slightly cheesy and a very dry but complex aftertaste. As per usual with the spontan series, something to take your time with 🤔🧐🥸🍺
