Iiinteresting. Aged a while, so quite acidic: acetic and lactic, with an almost Flemish barrel character.

2017BTL. aroma is REALLY funky like rotting fruit with very apparent acidity. Flavors of cola, strong acidity, balsamic vinegar, over fermented fruit. It’s okay but past it’s prime. LCI cheers Reece

Woody, quite stinky, french cheese refrigerator fragrance, sour, lemony, seabuckthorn, white wine start, dry, light-weight, tannic body, mildly sweet sour grape, apple, seabuckthorn finish with honey and biscuity notes.

J’ai la bouteille depuis un bon moment et ça se ressent au goût. L’argousier est bien présent avec un goût de bois assez prononcé. Pour moi ça manque un peu d’acidité. Clairement pas la meilleure spontan.

7/3/8/3/3.8 2012 vintage. Sour musty salt water, figs, and oaky berries. Perhaps a little past its prime. Cloudy caramel base releases waves of chocolate, seaweed, and salt water. Tart salty vinegar finish. Distinctive and sharp profile. Excellent.

Got handed a glass of this without any idea what it was other than a beer. Came off really strong at first, sweet syrupy aroma, which made the tart dry taste a bit of a surprise. Grew on me, tart fruity, wild, fresh and strong. It’s good.

Nieoczywisty kwasik, trochę jak herbata ze zbyt dużą ilością cytryny (w pozytywnym znaczeniu). Świeże i pyszne!

Deep, sour taste merging into the bitter. Excellent quality and very refreshing.
