Fantastic body, very soft and rounded acidity, deep minerality and crisp green apple character - tannins and all. Lovely.

Less dry and abit sharper than regular Boon geuze. Very good, but not alot of notes of calvados.

This developed amazingly. It's gotten super juicy and round light acidity with the cheese rind calvados intact in center of finish.
