I think this is really hitting its stride at 5yrs. Still lots of carb, not too sour, good funk and light calvados notes. Very drinkable. Might make it a cple more years!

When you want to be a lambic daddy and not break the bank. Good funk, but heavy on the sour with the age that comes with it.

3.95. Light sourness and fruitiness. Woody. Apple. Low bitterness. Would expect it has more solid bitterness to support the structure.

Salted apricot, salted dried yellow plum, pink peppercorn, grey fleur de sel, calcium limestone, tart and sour. Enjoyable because of fruit components, salty, woody notes, and sweetness.

Oude Geuze #2! Lemony, woody, and ends with yellow grapefruit. Not as good as the Timmerman's one, but pretty tasty!

Definitely not as sweet as I remember it being 3+years ago. Nose has that unmistakable Boon minerality. Sharp acidity, lots of oak. This is doing really well

Delikatne, skórzaste, lekko pestkowe, minimalnie kwaskowe. Przyjemny, lekki.
