So much for dry January...guess there’s always next year!

You can smell the sweetness on this one, super rich French toast flavor which goes really well against the backwoods bastard flavor. Super solid beer as always from founders.

Not too over the top with the maple, but it hits just right in the aftertaste. Medium to low body, which is malt forward, but tamed a bit with the barrel notes.

Not a fan if this style, but damn the maple is phenominal!

Tastes like breakfast in a glass... another great beer by founders

Great beer. Liquid maple cinnamon sugar. Never had a scotch ale with adjuncts before. This works well. Wife says it tastes like a really bad mixed drink. Lol

A/o pops for the case of this, this is one of the last 5 that I have left. One of my favorite beers of all time, can’t believe it took me this long to rate it

This beer definitely tastes better than the picture depicts. Ass crack never crossed my mind as the beer went down.

I showed my ass for this beer it’s that good. I may or may not have poured an entire one out over the summer cuz I was so fucked up and that should be a cardinal sin, I deserve to go to hell for it. This bitch is literally liquefied French toast

Wow, syrup bomb! It’s pretty sweet dessert beer. Only need one.

Liquid French toast with bourbon maple syrup. Aging has helped it a great deal.

Aroma triggered memories of syrup slathered pancakes / French toast / waffles! Aunt Jemima more than maple. As expected very sweet backbone. Alcohol pronounced. Smooth and light bodied which is unexpected. Almost has a light spice - hint of cinnamon?
