I assumed this was a stout...so I was surprised to see it's a Scotch ale. Strong maple scent, immediate flavor is like syrup and then it's gets bitter. Interesting, not my fav.

Sugar maple bourbon nose; maple, cinnamon, vanilla flavor. It’s a warmer with that ABV.

A night cap for my dessert. A tasty sweet with lots of characters of French Toast.

Smells like an iHop. Great fire pit beer. A little too sweet for me, but it's definitely got that French toast feel.

I really enjoy the backwoods bastard and this brings it to another level. Vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup add another level of complexity and enjoyment. Tasty!

Huge sweet maple syrup with a little cinnamon and booziness. But very maple heavy and some french toast like.

Just like Jerry says: French toast with a bourbon maple syrup. It’s so good. Doesn’t taste like an 11%. Top tier
