Lovely maple and warming bourbon. Slight sherry vibes where the really rich choc and coffee used to dominate. A little thinner than I remembered too, I guess that might be with age. Still great.

Figured I check in on this. I don’t think age is doing this any good. Losing the sweetness and barrel seems to be fading. Still friggin delicious though!!

Smooth and well balanced. Rounded chocolate, coffee and maple syrup flavours. Sweet but not sickly. The bourbon BA is there but fairly subtle. A touch boozy.

Checking in again after aging a little. Just as good as I remember. Layered yet smooth like baby ass.

Bottled 9/30/19. Always amazing. Always delicious. Black coffee with a stack of fresh pancakes and good barrel aged maple syrup. Founder’s flight 2/4.
