I really am a huge fan of this beer, even though it is possible that the new Maple Mackinac Fudge might actually edge it out. I seriously followed this beer with each release, & I have never been disappointed. Maple, cocoa, subtle Bourbon, well-balanced.

This is great! It’s not too boozy; the barrel and chocolate flavors are balanced well together. It’s heavy, but doesn’t have a strong taste. I want more!!!

Keg from Oct 2019! This is still one of the best stouts ever made and the best Founders beer by far. Whoever decided to stop producing it at Founders should be killed.

Best wel zoet, redelijk boozy. Duidelijk chocolade, maar beetje weinig roast. 4.39 avg? Nee, voor mij niet. Wel lekker!

Идеальный баланс кофе, шоколада и кленового сиропа, в ароматике шоколадный кекс, на глотке кофе, кленовый сироп, бочка, в послевкусии шоколад, алко не чувствуется вообще.

Да, умеют. Всё так же прекрасный баланс между сладостью, горечью и кислотой. Кофе, шоколад, кленовый сироп, ванильные вафли... Отлично

700 с чем-то рублей - это конечно многовато. Но, Господи, это прекрасно. Бурбон в тягучей рамочке кленового сиропа, нотки кофе, немного горького шоколада, может даже молочного. Спирт благородный, во вкусе его вообще нет почти. Такое надо пить как коньяк!!

Аромат бочковой, с нотками темных фруктов. Вкус разнообразный, что то не со всем сочетается это разнообразие, одновременно и жженая горечь и сладость сиропа, полнотелость за сладостью не чувствуется. Но все равно достойно, чисто, интересно.

At first it was a bit more mapley than the 2018 but also a tad sharper, it’s mellowed as it’s opened. A tad more carbonated than 2018. It’s held up nicely! HBD Ben!

Interesting in that it's in transition. The maple is fading and the bourbon is emerging. Still a little heat which subdues the chocolate and coffee notes.

Absolutely one of the best beers you can buy. 2019 version here. Aged in maple syrup and bourbon barrels.
