It is starting to diminish in my opinion. The maple is really falling away to barrel flavor 😞

Cellared 3 yrs and 10 mths. First bottle since release oddly enough. Pretty good. But not OG CBS

Voorlaatste flesje (laatste 11,6% 24/09/2019 versie). Mooi verouderd. Smaken van maple, chocolade en bourbon nog mooier in balans dan toen ik hem in 2020 gedronken heb. Jammer dat ze deze niet meer brouwen.

House of brews has been sitting on this keg since 2019. That alone is super impressive. And totally legit beer. A bit sweet and complex, but not boozy for the ABV.

Not good at all … the barrel aging just doesn’t taste good to me .. very strong liquor / odd taste that drowns out all else

This is tasting fantastic. Lightly sweet (tho the maple flavor has dropped off a bit) and nice chocolate and booze notes.
