Más Agave Grapefruit

Sour - Fruited Gose

The cocktail inspiration lives on. Our imperial gose is brewed with agave and sea salt before being aged in tequila barrels. But it doesn’t end there. Once it’s pulled from the barrels, it gets a dose of fresh grapefruit juice to ramp up the tanginess and to pay homage to our other favorite tequila-based cocktail, the Paloma. Sweet, salty, and mouth-puckeringly delicious. ¡Más Agave... Grapefruit!

Oh these Mas Agaves, what a beautiful piece of artistry by Founders! As magnified by their participation at Margaritaville!!

Very strong tequila aroma. Citrus is there, not sure if grapefruit. Mellow but present sweetness. Medium amber with subdued carbonation post pour. The tequila really takes front stage as the beer warms, with each successive sip. A good entry in the series

Hazy dark red. Distinct tequila nose. Whoa. Complex flavors of sweet agave, tangy grapefruit, tequila barrel notes, and salt. Nice!

Very particular, a cocktail of fruit, tequila, fortified wine and beer. On the nose, wood, liqueur and fruit. In the mouth a very strong sweetness, just broken by a slight salty. Predominant sweetness, lack of sourness, more a cocktail than a beer

Didn't super care for the original, so hoping grapefruit changes it. Good tequila and oak scent, with some bitter and citrus as well. Sour and full of buttery oak, with plenty of grapefruit balanced. Much better than the lime version.

Big hits off the barrel right away, but not what I would call boozy. Smooth over a modest sour with grapefruit and faint tequila linger on the finish.
