Sweet a touch of maple. Hides the alc very well but leaves a lingering warmth.

I love a good barley wine, and this one was definitely what I would call pretty good. Kind of sweet and syrupy…. but still good. I’d never be disappointed to end up with some more of this to drink.

Too hoppy for a “wine”. Not enough sweetness coming through. Too bad, sounded promising

Had no idea what I was getting into with this one, but was surprisingly good. Smooth, nice flavors, and had a kick.

Chris C. - you would LOVE this. A little boozy, but what flavor! A magnificent beer. @founders knocks it outta the park again!

An excellent wheat wine. The barrel-aging gives it a rich booziness. Otherwise, smooth and tasty.

Wow this is boozy, like really really boozy forward. Wish it had better barleywine flavor or more maple or something. Just tastes like straight booze.

Sweet and powerful. The time in the maple bourbon barrel led to a more honey-like flavor than maple.

Caramel maltiness and hops come through first, and then a bourbon warming and light maple finish. 4/5

Syrupy, super sweet. Boozy for sure, it’s a 12.8, oh my. Tough to chase the pumpkin with this, but ignoring that, enjoying it. The tasting notes suggest to let the flavors develop over time, so I’ll give it a bit to see how it might change.
