Sometimes you need a little help to make it through the work day. Smooth. Vanilla, oak, and molasses definitely comes through. Boozy. Bourbon is fairly muted. Oxidation is light, considering its age and that it was warm stored.

This is still a solid beer. Had it two years ago. Pours a rich copper color. The maple has dissipated. Creamy vanilla and bourbon. Rated 0.25 lower. Have a few to age longer.

Found a bottle in a way distant place and took a chance. Winner winner chicken dinner! I love this stuff and it is so good to have it again. Nose is still oh so beautiful and the flavors still pop. Delightful!

The molasses and maple in here are fantastic. Bit boozy, but goes down super smooth. Nice sweetness to it. Really, really well done!

Big rich rye whiskey tones all over the palate. Cardamom, molasses and dark fruit play with the soft spice feel. Lovely.

Wowee, was not quite what I was expecting before opening, but straight upon nosing I could tell this one was gonna knock my socks off! You can tell straight away the aging in bourbon barrels with strong notes of molasses- sweet bit not sickly. Boozy. A+

Boozy/smooth-bourbon, molasses high notes-Maple,spice the low. A beer we only got once(twice)gets extra .25. 2 yrs old and could def go at least a CPL yrs more if it's in your cellar drink now or wait until your ready. It was unbalanced on release,not now

Clouds in the sky, a chill in the air calls for something boozy. This fills the bill perfectly. Some age tamed the sweetness. A smooth sipper is what you are left with.

Tung och smakrik. Lönnsirapen och bourbon smaken tydligast. Men känner även en len och fin vaniljsmak. En fantastisk öl helt enkelt!

First trip to the cellar since ive been back. Forgot i even had this one. Maple and molasses aroma. Surprisingly little bourbon notes, but enough to let you know its there. Sweet and rich. Alcohol definitely mellowed over the year or two. Very good.

As good as it gets. Class in a glass. Almost As creamy as razor cream. Hints of butter and almonds and huuuuuge sweet bourbon flavors.

Unreal, can’t believe I have not rated this one yet. Loved it two years ago when I bought an entire case. This one is sweet, smooth, and thick. Best to share with someone else.
