Wauw! De maple syrup die in de bourbon vaten zat zorgt voor een heel mooi zoetje in dit bier. Man, wat een topper, veel te klein flesje.

Drinking incredibly right now! Perfectly balanced, maple syrup and candy sweet bourbon. Only complaint is a touch thin. But that’s nitpicking a beer that’s far better after 2 years than fresh. Really impressed!!!

Maple and molasses, real smooth but still has a bit of booziness hanging around. Slayer - Undisputed Attitude (1996)

Pulled an August 2018 bottle out of my cellar. Awesome copper color. Not much aroma for me, but nice and smooth with a hint of molasses and then bourbon at the end. Seems stronger than 12.7.

Aged for 2 1/2 years after bottling; dark bronze in color; medium bodied; sweet; finishes with a strong molasses flavor; cannot detect the bourbon barrel or alcohol; cannot detect maple; very good and strong; but more sweet than anything.

Spring cleaning lead me to this. An excellently matured old ale with a lot of punch.

I've been up for almost 4 hours now its Easter and theres molasses and maple syrup involved. I have no idea where I got this 750 but found it again while moving. Leather tobacco fruitcake. Maple has faded a bit. Still plenty of bourbon. Solid.

Caramel, raisins, maple syrup and bourbon. Sweet with lingering bourbon presence which is balanced nicely with maple syrup. Brilliant beer,pure enjoyment

Dang this aged well!! Smells of molasses and southern sweet tea. A bit of bourbon barrel up front then sweet caramel and brown sugar with a hint of bitter finish

Made maple bacon and pancakes for dinner. It was a fitting beer.

2 plus years of age and a bigger barrel, great molasses although not as sweet as original. Really held up well, think I’ll age the next one another 2 years.,

This 2018 bottle aged well. Boozy with notes of molasses and maple syrup, the sweetness tones down the boozy ness . That for hanging onto the bottle Bud!
