3.5 years in the bottle. It’s pretty thin and not too thick or motor oily. The coffee is still very pronounced and it kind of overpowers the bourbon flavor. Very smooth.

Quality stout. I get mostly liquorice, coffee, bourbon and oak characters. It’s not as sweet as I thought it would be which is ok.

Basically a dark coffee bomb at this point. Barrel is a faint note.

My last bottle (I think) and it has aged very nicely. Dark brown color (what else?) bourbon chocolate nose. Sort of a baker’s chocolate taste with some light bourbon. A very nice liquid fudge. Some dryness

Een stout met een héééle lange afdronk. Erg goed en lekker, maar niet echt eentje voor het ontbijt.
