Aged like a fine wine… aged for 2.5 years. Unbelievably smooth. Same great bourbon taste. Happy New Years!

Heavenly flavor! A delightful balance of malty sweetness, bittering hops, dark chocolate, and bourbon. My only regret is that, since it's out of production, this will be my only taste of this brew instance.

Lots of coffee and dark chocolate. Bourbon barrel. Malty, good roastiness. Some sweetness to balance. A bit boozy. Nicely balanced. Although I prefer sweeter imperial stouts, this is damn good.

Added a little KBS to the beef stew tonight. The beer and stew were both delicious

Just popped open a 2019 KBS from my stout collection and it is even smoother and richer than I remember.
