The heat of the bourbon has calmed wayyy down. Mostly chocolate with wood and a slight heat on the backend.

Oppdaget denne i dag. Endelig ikke den 2016 de har hatt på Kvadrat i mange år. Men synd denne også er gammel. Ville gjerne hatt en fersk med fresh espresso bitterhet. Men veldig overkommelig pris.

Patrick cellared this for three years. Coconut on the nose. The sweetness is all gone and all that is left is the roasted malt flavor. Sneaky boozy.
