Nice bourbon nose. First taste is bitter chocolate and and hot booze. More sweetness and roasty flavors as it warms. Feels a little thin. A bit too boozy for my taste, but an excellent BA stout over all.

Delicious high alcohol stout. Slight bourbon nose with bigger alcohol finish.

Has aged very well. Dropped rating a little because the game done changed.

Bottled 20180313. Last of the first pack bought in Denver. Still pretty robust, but the overall flavor is more mellow.

Another excellent beer from Founders. Smooth chocolate taste with a coffee finish. Bourbon also accompanies this beer.

Nya från bolaget är tydligen 2018 😂 smaken är det Inge fel på dock, fantastiskt välbalanserad med kaffe, choklad o grym munkänsla.

From the vault, aged about 3 years. Sweet, chocolaty, and wicked smokey following a huge nose. A Founders staple that gets better with age. No clue where we got it, but I’m glad it’s here.

Tons of coffee followed by leather and tobacco. Still a decent beer but the flavors that I do not like never went away.

Choklad, kaffe, bourbon fat i doften och smaken. Söt och fyllig utan att slå över. Bättre än 2016 & 2020.

A little thinner and less barrel than I remembered. I guess it's probably the ascendancy of these huge adjunct stouts over the last few years. Still a good beer, though.

Last bottle. Had aged very well. Probably passed its prime, but still tasting great.
