Wow. No burn at all. Very chocolate. Most aged beer I’ve had. Thanks Mark S!!

This is still pretty solid. Been awhile since I cracked into an older KBS. Pretty mellow with a nice chocolate and faint coffee flavor. Nice stout.

Nose not great. Taste slightly better. Still way past it's prime as expected. Drink KBS fresh.

Tapped into my beer archive. Why not? It’s dark chocolate flavor and really pretty mild, can’t taste the booze at all. Really holds up well if cellared properly.

10 year old hits different 🍻 Way better mouthfeel than the “new” and flavor is still on point. If taken care of correctly this beer holds very very nicely!

Like drinking a memory of 2013 stouts. Slightly faded, but still has some edge to it. Just a fun reminder of the years when I first got into beer. Maple flavor but not sweet, imperial stout with edges softened. Delicious. +.5 cause starting to get buzzed

KBS and CBS are my favorite beers, and 2013 was one of my favorite vintages. After this bottle, my collection now has two each of '13, '14, and '15. For me, the major flavor is cocoa (which I think many identify as coffee), as well as Bourbon and coffee.

This I believe is the next to last bottle I have of the 2013 vintage of KBS. It really is one of my very favorite beers. Cocoa, coffee, and Bourbon flavors, all perfectly well-balanced. This beer is eight years old, and it is a perfect as it was new.

Super smooth, lots of chocolate, hint of vanilla and bourbon.

This is the last bottle I have of 2013 KBS. I am now making my way through the final 2013 to 2015 bottles in my collection. Cocoa, coffee, and Bourbon flavors, all well-balanced. This beer is now ten years old, and it is as solid as it was new.

waited a long-ass time for this. problematic but damn if it doesn’t age—kitten-soft, silty cocoa. Bourbon’s gone to dirty vanilla, faded wafts of dark roast coffee. touch of soy around the edges from my obstinance in saving for a special day. #ByeDon

Drinking better now then 2 years ago. Bourbon and coffee. Bourbon is strong coffee chocolate finish

I never tried KBS until 2015 and as good as it was, many said that it was better in years prior. I got my hands on this beauty stored in the closet of my fiancée. Even after almost 9 years, it's still amazing and the coffee hasn't become too bitter.

Fudge still ringing supreme with this aged number

A little oxidized at first taste. Maybe 10 years is too long.

My last 2013, practically still, just a little bit of carbonation. Big coffee, dry almost spicy chocolate, can find hints of the barrel. Every sip seems to differ from the last. Happy Father’s Day!

It's just gonna be random. This was oddly still good. A good carb still on it. Not as nuanced as before but still good balance of chocolate, coffee and malt. best of the bunch tonight

Retained a lot of the original, but it's a little light on the barrel, surprisingly.

Cellar clearing. OG score stands, but it has definitely faded a lot with time. Last bottle from the first batch of KBS I ever bought. Second to last bottle of Founders in the cellar (still a CBS down there). I’m getting sentimental over here!

Coffee, chocolate and cinnamon. Licorice not as noticeable as the 2012.

I don't know when this beer started to be mediocre, but it definitely wasn't from this time period. From last week lol
