Outstanding beer for a soak in the hot tub. Strong coffee flavor which I would expect. Balanced bourbon. Slight booziness. As it warmed up from refridge temp it got better. Thanks Paul!!

This is one I think is better off not holding on to and drinking fresh. Still good, but some stuff has fallen off for the flavors.

Craftapped freebie! And it's a big one. This is the first time I've had this beer without my fav drinking buddy, my bro. Out of respect to him, I can't give it the usual 5.0. It's still an amazing party of booze and coffee, getting better as it warms.

Svart och kraftig, tydlig arom och smak av rostat, starkt "pulverkaffe", bourbon, vanilj, karamell. Mycket bra

Poured at 53°. At 11 months old the coffee has started to fade, and I detect some green bell peppers in nose/on tongue. Still tasty, but my suggestion is if you got ‘em, drink ‘em!

Much calmer than I remember. Still ample coffee notes, but it's not as boozy as I remember. Which for this beer, really let's the coffee notes shine. I may actually prefer this one aged.

Diep volle vanilla in geur. Knetter zwart in kleur. Amper schuim. Heel volle body koffie, chocolade, rozijnen, vanilla, zoethout. Er komt van alles voorbij. Mooie gebrande espresso in afdronk

This aged well, purchased 1/23/2020, bottled 11/15/2019! Some rust spots on the cap. Roasty, slick, chocolate, coffee notes but subdued, bitter, deliciously thick and creamy

Thick, beige head, with black appearance, and minimal lacing. Nose- dark bread crust, coffee, cocoa, and a touch of bourbon. Similar flavor, with acrid bitterness and sweetness. Heavy body. Velvety mouthfeel. Mostly-dry finish. RJT
