Espresso is a little bitter and seems thin. Flavor goes away quick

Strong espresso with a little beer in it. Not trying to parent end to be anything that it’s not.

I honestly don’t think the espresso version is that special. But the mix with the Mackinac Fudge is amazing.

Super solid KBS variant. This has way more coffee all over in place of the bourbon barrel-aging notes. Some decent chocolate character as well. Nice complex aftertaste (bitter, coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, cream, roast, sweet syrup). No booziness at all.

One of my favorite KBS variants. Either the draft version is that much better or this year’s espresso is a tad light. Either case, very good brew regardless.

Damn. Delivers as promised, espresso is amazingly prevalent. This is as solid as it comes.

Ehh...some espresso but over all kind of messy..nothing really screams espresso exept for the aftertaste maybe

It feels like a start and looks like a stout so you have a stout!! Roasty espresso on a cold damp day hits the spot!

Mostly dark and bitter. Not noticing much in the way of flavor notes. Boozy, I guess. Disappointing. Seems like there's no residual sweetness, maybe that would help.

Actually kind of disappointing. It just seems to be dark, kind of biitter and strong. There strangely doesn't seem to much coffee flavor, or chocolate, or flavor from the bourbon barrel.

It's no macinac fudge but great KBS flavor. Lots of extra coffee with chocolate still prominent. Solid
