Great beer. This is almost as good as the original KBS. The only negatives I can find are maybe a little too much coffee and slightly too thin in body. Overall a super solid barrel aged imp stout though. Not top top tier, but close.

Impressive! For it to be a 12% didn’t seem to boozy. Nice and balanced taste. Barrel aged for sure. CHEERS!

Olor y sabor muy cafetoso, torrefacto y luego se nota muy bien la barrica de Bourbon, en el fondo sale algo de cacao puro. Es algo amarga, no es dulce y para mi gusto le falta un poco más de cuerpo.Alcohol muy bien integrado, prácticamente no se nota nada

You better like coffee with this one. The espresso flavor sits on top and lessen some of the bourbon notes. Amazingly smooth though.

Krachtig, alcoholisch, vol, gerijpt, koffie, pure chocolade, iets zoet, toets van Bourbon en wat krentjes. Milde hopbitterheid en zachte carbonisatie. Mooie schuimkraag. Echt heeeeerlijk.
