In geur O zo sterk geurend naar donkere natte aarde en zwarte koffie. In slok o zoveel koffie voorop, daarna komt het bourbonvat door in de nasmaak, vleugje vanille mag geen naam hebben. Maar pff wat een strakke bitter van de koffie zeg!

Good flavor. A little boozy for me but drinkable. Bottled date 09.09.21 Almost like a cask style.

This KBS has stronger coffee mouthfeel than its regular version. My bottle’s been in the fridge for a couple of winters, so that may be the reason why the aged flavors aren’t coming through. It’s a good beer, though I would still recommend original KBS.

闻着可以，咖啡增味恰如其分。因为刚喝完延龄草，这个入口酒体偏薄而且酸，升温后完全摩卡壶沉底的咖啡渣水，简直一模一样。

Last one from the Nov. 2019 batch. 49 months is too much. Very smooth with barely any alcohol presence. Barrel notes very mellow, mostly caramel sweetness. Bitter cocoa and plenty of roasted coffee. Much less body than anticipated.

Dry dark sweet nose, deep black, coffee over semisweet chocolate with a dry slightly bitter finish.

A pretty serious coffee bomb that bring bitter beans and solid barrel in a full bodied pour. Strong and a bit boozy. Ashy, charcoal and licorice bite, nothing wimpy here. Smooth but not a creamy mix, more of a heavy aqueous feel that’s finely carbonated.

Smooth, rich, delicious with thick mouthfeel like a KBS, then the Espresso cuts softly across the palate to finish cleanly. Cannot think of a better example!
