Dark pour.... thin head..... whiskey nose.... lighter body... brown sugar, bourbon, dark fruit, caramel flavs.... appropriate sweetness..... boozy but not over the top..... gotta love a barrel aged wee heavy....delicious indeed..... instant fave!

Vertical tasting of the 2018, 19, 20 & 21. The 21 is clean with a strong bourbon presents. Excellent as always. The 20 has mellowed and is smoother. The 19 hits the sweet spot full bodied and soft and smooth. The 18 is getting thin and loosing flavor.

Очень сильно на первый план выходит бочка и маслянистый сладкий аромат бурбона. Вкус округлый, сладковатый и чувствуется моложавая составляющая. А также деревяшка от бочки и привкус вискарных нот. Ну и на финише сладость и умеренная спиртуозность. Хорош

Rund doft av bourbon, ek, sirap och karamell. Smaken har mycket vanilj, karamell, sirap och dadlar. Viss rökighet och alkoholsmak finns där också. Lagringen har verkligen börjat runda av en annars lite spretig öl. Spännande att se vad som hänt med 2019...
