Super woody—freshly chopped wood, wet wood, dried twigs, oak barrel. Dark cocoa & unsweet fudge up front. Molasses, burnt vanilla bean, black coffee, & dark maple. I expected this to drink much sweeter, but it’s dark and cocoa-ish instead.

Sweet and malty. Plenty of roasted malts, cocoa, and coffee. Maple, not so much.

Un peu surcoté. Très bon au début mais devient vite écœurant : c'est très riche avec le sirop d'érable et tout ce sucre.

Full bodied, sweet and smooth feel. Sweet maple syrup upfront. As that sweetness settles, roasted espresso beans and oaky notes starts to take it’s place. Chocolate sauce, vanilla, walnuts and some bourbon. Sweet finish with roasted cocoa bitterness.

Probably a little *too* chocolatey for my own taste (and maple for that matter). Not my favorite KBS variant, but I can see its appeal.

Dufter af kaffe og chokolade. Smagen matcher. Sødlig og fyldig uden at blive for meget. God balance

Chocolate, coffee and bourbon.. Boozy and sweet... Too sweet for me to really like it....
