Rarely do all the flavors come through in a stout. This does not disappoint with fudge, coffee and some smoky bourbon barrel. Highly suggest finding this!

Strong, sweet and syrupy without being overpowering in any of them. I don't get a strong maple flavor but the fudge and coffee come through well. A solid, if sweeter, alternative to regular KBS.

This is a great stout. The chocolate flavor is there but not over powering. I am impressed!!

Amazing. Smells of pure fudge, but somehow not overly sweet. Nice balance of chocolate, coffee, maple, and bourbon.

Best stout!! High alcohol percentage but can’t feel it because of the chocolate maple notes

Smells bourbon, maple cocoa coffee. Tastes fudge roast coffee, hint of bourbon, pretty good fudge

Fudge for days, but the barrels and especially the maple, are mostly a rumor.

Smell and taste are overwhelmed by artificially flavored fudge coffee. Maple adds cloying sweetness. I don’t know what kind of fudge coffee they use or how it’s flavored, but it tastes tremendously, stomach-turningly artificial to me.

Crazy balanced. Notes of fudge, maple, chocolate, syrup & coffee. Barrel aged, smooth, delicious & balanced. Somewhat dry finish. 11%

Definitely accomplished what it was going for. For my taste, a bit more chocolate flavor than I like, and not quite enough bourbon barrel flavor. However, delicious all the same.

Not much different to me than the original KBS but very enjoyable.

A spicy fudge coffee. More coffee bitterness than expected. A subtle sweetness is way in the background. Bottled 10/27/20. Curious to see how it ages and flavors meld. Still has the oak aged feel. Flavors still abrupt and needs aging.
