It's excellent. Chocolate and maple syrup. I'd say it finished dryer then I'd like. I'm really into the maple syrup beers.

Had this one aging for quite a while, and while it is still a really inky black stout, the maple flavor came through heavily.

Paired with Wegmans Ultimate chocolate cake. It was pretty good but something a little less matchy, matchy might have been even better. Chocolate overload with a shot of bourbon.

Nose of fudge. Coffee, maple syrup, chocolate, bourbon, cocoa and cookies. Full body. Sweet.

Great flavor notes of coffee, chocolate and maple in a solid slightly boozy stout. Just a bit too sweet for me to call it a 5, but otherwise it is just about perfect.

Chocolate flavor and aroma. Bourbon is nice but I get tired of it.
