9.28.17. Purging everything I shouldn’t have held onto. Had a ‘16 explode all over my counter last night. Thankfully the ‘17 is at least drinkable. Semi-muted, raisin/bourbony, but not in like a good Bwizzle way. Drinkable, but a shadow of its former self

Fyra års lagring och den blir bara bättre och bättre fortfarande mycket god smak från fatlagringen och väldigt välbalanserad döljer alkoholen mycket väl

Grävde upp en gammal Bastard i källaren. Sötma, choklad, kaffe som stout skall vara... riktigt rund o fin I smakerna.

Tapping into the cellar for the #2017 which has toned considerably. Still getting the coffee, slight bourbon and boozyness but is toned considerably.

Frisk, vanilje, kanskje ikke så søt som ellers (hukommelsen er ikke med), bitter. Usikker på om lagringen har gjort godt...

I keep thinking 2017 is three years old, but even though its summer of 2021. Still tastes good, but probably should’ve had a year ago

Aromatic Scotch greets the nose, followed by luscious boozy barrel notes throughout. Warming smoothness; this has aged very well indeed!
