Made a great choice to celebrate my THOUSANDTH CHECK-IN with this 2017. CBS aged so well with a more robust chocolate tone.

Den har utvecklats bra över åren. Sötman är där men inte alls så överväldigande som färsk. Fortfarande mycket kaffe, men också en härlig krämighet som tilltalar. Balanserad och mycket god.

After about 3 1/2 years cellared in NY and NC, the flavors have changed very little. Still lots of maple, oak, coffee, chocolate and bourbon!

Still kicking. Smooth AF, a wee scent of coffee, roastyness, sweet licorice and maple, caramelly bourbon, so balanced and smooth.

Much sweeter than I remember. Lost some booziness with age but the chocolate and maple is well there. So good!

Smooth and plenty of maple still. Some heat. Cofffee mellow and chocolate Grenache is there fir us approved. A classic and just the rite amount of age.

TBH, doesn't really taste different than the more recent brew I had last night. Maybe a little bit flat. But still tastes amazing.
