Aging has dulled the maple a bit and intensified the alcohol presence. Better, I think, than the 2019.

That’s held up well. Not as rich or decadent as I remember it, but still excellent.

Ganhou um perfil de straight RIS. Cinzas, chocolate amargo, amêndoas, café, baunilha e alcaçuz. Corpo médio, amargor suave e adstringência de tosta. Maple deu uma sumida. Fim seco. Tá legal, mas caiu consideravelmente.

Tycker den är bättre än kbs 2016 som jag drack innan. Men även här tycker jag inte lagringen varit till fördel

This bottle lost a bit unfortunately. Still pretty good, but not great.

Still boozy after all these years. Dark boozy roasty nose. Lots of roast on the on the tongue with a boozy burn and the hint of maple among the generic sweetness. Not fallen at all. This may have, instead, risen over the last four years. It seems to me.

After drinking most of the Bruery 2016 lineup, this is kinda meh. It’s good, but it used to be much better

Quite delicious, not at all long in the tooth. Likely better after these years awaiting. Pours dark with a creamy tan head. Roast and maple on the nose. Roast is first on the tongue before roasts and sweet maple asserts itself before the booze reasserts.

Good maple still here but faded. Coffee gone, but pretty good

Tastes buttery but in a good way. Nice mixture. Real good.

Still don't support Founders but pulled this one from the Cellar to drink. Still taste the coffee. Maple barely hanging on.

Last beer in the old apartment. Nothing says classy like drinking cellared CBS out of a plastic tumbler.

Before the Mountie got defunded. He sat upon not only his noble steed, but upon bottles of CBS
